Get a Monthly Website Health Report in Plain English

The short answer

Once a month, AI checks your website's speed, broken links, search health, uptime, and lead activity, then sends you a short report in plain English. It runs on its own with access that can only read, and it tells you what's fine, what needs attention, and what it recommends. Small fixes go through Otto in your SCC Portal and bigger ones go to our team, always with your approval.

Coming soonOtto and the SCC Portal are coming soon. Until then, a real person on our team handles your website changes.

The problem

Most business owners only check their website when something goes wrong, usually because a customer told them. In between, small problems build up. A photo stops loading, a page gets slow, Google quietly stops showing a page because of an error nobody saw.

The tools that would catch these problems exist, but they speak their own language. Google Search Console emails about “coverage issues.” Speed tools give you a score out of 100 with no idea what to do about it. If you run a busy inn or restaurant, you don’t have time to learn any of it, so it gets ignored.

How it works

  1. On the first business day of each month, the workflow checks your website, with access that can only read: page speed, broken links and images, uptime, Google Search Console errors, and lead activity from Google Analytics 4.
  2. AI compares this month to last month and sorts what it found into three groups: fine, worth watching, and needs attention.
  3. It writes a short report in plain English, with a recommended next step for anything in the “needs attention” group.
  4. The report lands in your inbox. Simple fixes can be texted straight to Otto in your SCC Portal, with your approval as usual.
  5. Our team reviews the reports on a schedule and picks up anything that needs a person.

Human checkpoints

It runs on its own because it only reads and reports. It never changes your site.

  • Access is limited to checks that only read.
  • Every recommended fix needs your approval, through Otto or our team.
  • People on our team review report quality on a regular schedule.

What it doesn’t do

The report doesn’t replace a security audit, and it can’t monitor third party systems your site depends on, like your booking engine or payment processor, beyond noticing that an embed isn’t loading. It won’t redesign pages to fix slowness on its own. And if your site gets very little traffic, the visitor and lead sections will be short and honest about it rather than padded.

Illustrative outcome

Imagine a small inn owner who opens the report on a Monday morning and sees that the room gallery has two broken images and the rates page got slower after a large photo was added. They text “fix the images” to Otto in the portal, approve the preview, and forward the speed note to our team. It takes a couple of replies, and nothing waited for a guest to complain.

Questions people ask

What does the report cover?

How fast your pages load, broken links or images, new errors in Google Search Console, whether your site stayed up, how visits and leads compared to last month, and any changes made to the site.

Will I have to read charts and jargon?

No. The report is written the way we'd explain it to you in person, with a short 'what this means' line for anything technical.

Does it fix problems automatically?

No. The report can only read, never change. It recommends fixes, and you approve them through Otto, or a person on our team handles the bigger ones.

What if something breaks in the middle of the month?

Serious problems, like the site going down, are flagged to our team when they're detected rather than waiting for the monthly report.

Want this in your business?
