Monthly care

We don't build it and vanish.

Automations and tools need looking after. Tools update, things break, and you will want small changes. Monthly care is optional, and it keeps what we built working.

Keeping it running

When it breaks, we fix it.

A tool updates, a connection stops working, a form needs one more field. On care, you tell a real person and we take care of it.

What's included

What care covers.

  1. Hosting

The automations, tools and dashboards we build for you need somewhere to run. We take care of it.

  2. Fixes when something breaks

Tools update and connections sometimes stop working. When something breaks, we fix it.

  3. Small changes

A new field, a different email, one more step. Small changes are part of care.

  4. The next thing worth automating

Once something works, we look for the next job worth automating, and tell you honestly when the answer is "nothing yet".

  5. A real person

When you have a question or something looks wrong, you talk to someone on our team.

Questions people ask

Is monthly care required?

No, it's optional. But automations connect to tools that change, and someone has to fix things when they break. If you have a person in house who can own that, we'll show them how it works.

What do we get each month?

Hosting, fixes when something breaks, small changes, a look at the next thing worth automating, and a real person to contact.

Who do we contact when something looks wrong?

A person on our team. Not a ticket queue run by a bot.

What's slowing you down?

Tell us the chore. We'll tell you honestly if it's worth automating, and what it would take.
